Blend Coffee is looking for a General Manager!
Blend Coffee is open seven (7) days a week 7am-4pm.
Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing day to day operations of cafe
Hiring and onboarding new baristas
Knowledge of drink preparation and equipment
Coordinate with vendors
Order supplies and manage inventory as needed
Work peak hours including weekends
Maintain sales reports and daily/weekly cash drops
Add new menu items based on seasonality and customer demand
Ensure clean and safe work and customer populated areas
