We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen alongside our head Chef and team who are passionate about quality and teamwork. If you have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and thrive under pressure, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipe and plating standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station

  • Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and restocking

  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

  • Communicate and coordinate with other team members during service

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year line cook experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right candidate)

  • Passion for food and a desire to learn

  • Ability to follow directions, multitask, and stay cool under pressure

  • Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

  • Food Handler’s Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
