We are actively recruiting for the General Manager position at Brick Pizzeria & Ristorante! We are looking for a motivated, high-energy individual to provide leadership in a high-volume scratch kitchen!
Essential functions & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Mentorship, leadership, coordination and performance development of both front of house and back of house staff.
Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
Provide best in class hospitality experience to both internal and external guests.
Ensuring staff is in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
Organizing schedules.
Tracking and submitting employee payroll.
Food costing, inventory, purchasing, waste management and receipt training with solid system in place supporting consistency and quality.
Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed.
Self-evaluation and consistent identification of areas where knowledge or performance improvement can be identified and actioned.
Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Stand & walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs.
Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications for your location.
Staff recruiting, hiring, scheduling, oversight and performance evaluation.
Execution of SOPs.
Other duties assigned.
