Overview
Concessions Team Members provide fast-paced service to guests at all Milkmen Games as well as other premier events at Franklin Field. Our team is responsible for all steps of the food and beverage service experience including taking orders, food preparation, cooking, and serving our guests in a lively and family-friendly environment. Our Concessions Team Members play a key role in the experience of our guests at Franklin Field.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests in a friendly manner and providing a positive service experience to all of our guests
- Communicating clearly with management, coworkers, and guests
- Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and service of our food and beverage menu items
- Following proper sanitation guidelines
- Participating in the set up and cleanup of our various concession's areas for each event
- Recording all transactions through our point-of-sale system
We are looking for Team Members with the ability to:
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate positively with management, coworkers, and guests
- Stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Operate in high-temperature conditions for extended periods of time
