The Milwaukee Milkmen are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Bartenders to join our game-day staff at Franklin Field in Franklin, WI. Bartenders play a key role in creating a fun and memorable fan experience by providing fast, friendly service while preparing and serving beverages during Milkmen home games and special events.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, serve, and sell beverages in the Bar
- Greet fans with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, including prep, service, and seating areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Restock beverages, and supplies as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy game-day environment
- Assist with opening, closing, and post-event cleanup duties
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous bartending service or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Schedule & Availability
- Must be available for Milwaukee Milkmen home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Additional shifts may be available for special events at Franklin Field
