Job Title: Kitchen Manager – Concession Stand -- Franklin Field
Location: Franklin Field, Franklin WI
Reports To: Concessions Operations Manager
Employment Type: Seasonal / Full time
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations at one of our high-volume concession stands during the baseball season. The Kitchen Manager will oversee all food preparation, kitchen staff management, inventory control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced stadium environment.
Supervise and coordinate all kitchen operations during game days and special events
Lead and train kitchen staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace
Ensure compliance with health department regulations and stadium policies
Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering, receiving, and rotating stock
Collaborate with the Front-of-House team to meet customer service and food delivery goals
Troubleshoot equipment or supply issues quickly and efficiently
Assist in scheduling and evaluating kitchen staff performance
Support in planning and executing menu items and specials
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Line Cook, or in a similar leadership role
Prior experience in high-volume food service environments, preferably sports or event venues
Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the stadium schedule
Food Handler’s Certification
ServSafe Certification
Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, hot environment
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working under pressure in a loud and crowded setting
