Brand Ambassador

Overview

The primary role of each Brand Ambassador (promoter) will be to increase awareness of venues and events Ballpark Commons to increase sales. The promoter will not only focus on getting guests to the destination, but they will also be working closely with the venue’s operations team to ensure that the experience is properly delivered to each guest. Additionally, promoters will be expected to know of any/all events, discounts or specials going on at campus venues while continuously checking in on any potential wait times.

Ballpark Commons' Brand Ambassadors are dynamic individuals who exhibit ambition. It is important for promoters to possess excellent communication skills and a vibrant personality; they must also be willing to engage with our guests. The Brand Ambassador's compensation is hourly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promotes our venues in-person and throughout our community
  • Posts creative and engaging content on social media to build brand awareness
  • Work shifts based on destination needs to ensure proper daily coverage
  • Exceptional knowledge of campus venues and amenities, prices, and hours of operation
  • Build relationships and rapport with guests
  • Educate guests on campus venues and what we have to offer
  • Maintain contact with Event Sales Managers and Guest Services regarding availability, wait times, and special events
  • Utilize venue promotions to help drive business
  • Creates positive customer experiences to drives sales
  • Maintain high standard of professionalism for the duration of each shift

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred, but not necessary
  • Sales, customer service, or retail experience is strongly preferred
  • Industry experience is a plus
